Description
The I-Lex Nitrate operates with the I-Lex controller and therefore offers the same features. The unit is used to remove nitrates from well water. The drinking water standard stipulates that water may contain a maximum of 50 mg of nitrates per litre. Nitrate itself is not harmful, but it can be converted in the body into toxic nitrite. Nitrite competes with oxygen in the blood and can therefore be very harmful.
